Apply for a Lazuli Puppy
We place our puppies carefully and work with a limited number of families each year. Completing an application is the first step toward joining the Lazuli family. All applicants must be over the age of 18.
Before You Apply
We review every application personally and reach out to families we feel are a great fit for our puppies. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but it starts the conversation.
We keep an open waitlist. Approved families are added to our waitlist and contacted when a litter is expected.

We review all applications and reach out to families we feel are a strong match, typically within one to two weeks.
Waitlist & Placement
Approved families join our waitlist. When a litter is planned, we contact waitlisted families to discuss available puppies.
